Prior to joining Team Mills, Jax worked at McGrath Estate Agents’ Sydney head office in agent recruitment before transitioning into luxury holiday home management after relocating to the Northern Rivers. Her diverse background has given her a strong understanding of both people and property.

Outside of work, Jax enjoys spending time with her son, partner and friends, coastal walks, weekend sport and embracing the friendly, laid-back lifestyle that makes this region so special.
