After about 3 weeks on the market we had received one lowball offer and then Glenn secured another offer well above our wildest expectations. Most agents would have urged us to accept the offer and moved on but Glenn advised us to wait as he believed that he could get competing bids at auction. We ended up getting an extra $150,000.
