Jake is an excellent communicator and listener. He has a very friendly personality and wasn’t pushy at all. He explained the purchasing process thoroughly and made sure we understood all details involved. We are elated that he was able to negotiate between the vendor and ourselves which ultimately secured our purchase within 5 working days! Cannot speak more highly of Jake.
