We first met Bill by when searching for a new property and from the word go it just worked beautifully which suited us down to the ground. Bill was most responsive and when sent questions he always answered quickly and was easily understood. His follow up communication never left us guessing. Bill advised us of what we could expect from him and he kept his word not only prior to settlement but post settlement as well which is extremely important and just so nice to see.
