As a couple who had very little knowledge about the local market Bill was very insightful and offered lots of advice. We weren’t exactly on the market for a house but this beauty came up and I just couldn’t stop thinking about her.Bill worked wonders and was very easy to communicate with. He always went above and beyond to get the outcome we needed. It was a pleasure and if we were to sell (as if this is our dream home)/buy again we would definitely seek out Bill and McGrath for their expertise.
