Bill is very knowledgeable with regards to the local market and as such was able to assess a realistic value for our property. I believe he achieved the best possible price in the current market. At no time did he over-promise or pressure us to reduce the price. I felt he was always acting in our best interests and not just trying to achieve a quick sale at a cheaper price to suit himself.
